• The deadline to confirm courses is 4 calendar days before the start date.
• Any date modification(s) or course cancellation without penalty must be notified to SPC Consulting Group at least 4 calendar days prior to the agreed date stated in this agreement.
• In the event of a date change or cancellation 1 to 4 calendar days prior to the agreed date stated in this agreement, a penalty of 20% of the total course cost must be paid.
• In the event of a date change(s) or course cancellation on the same day of the course, 50% of the total course cost must be paid, as the service will be considered rendered, and no refund will apply under any circumstances.
• To reactivate the service, the outstanding balance must be paid or a purchase order must be provided to settle the penalty.
• Any reprinting of certificates due to modifications, errors, or changes not attributable to SPC Consulting Group will incur an additional charge.
1. For in-person courses, the deadline to add extra participants is 14 business days before the service start date. Otherwise, the materials and certificates will be sent digitally, or they will be shipped after the course, with the full shipping cost to be covered by the client.
2. Quotations are valid for 15 calendar days.
3. Order confirmations are processed through: purchase order, 50% advance payment of the service or full advance payment, service agreement, and checklist.
4. Payment or delivery of purchase order must be completed 14 days before the event for in-person courses and 4 days before the event for online courses.*
5. Payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, and debit card payments through PayPal.
6. The participant material cost is included in the quotation.
7. Date changes: free of charge if notified to SPC Consulting Group at least 15 business days before the event. For cancellations with fewer days’ notice, please refer to the conditions stated in the service agreement.
8. SPC Consulting Group provides original materials for participants to use during activities and for personal notes throughout the training.
* Credit option available with prior authorization from the Credit and Collections Department.
Training Room Requirements
1. Projector / multimedia projector or equivalent
2. Flip chart sheets and adhesive tape, or whiteboard
3. Markers in different colors
Certificates
SPC Consulting Group establishes that, in order to receive certificates of completion for effective participation and achievement, each participant must meet the following requirements:
1. Be present for at least 80% of the total training time.
2. Obtain a score higher than 70% on the final evaluation.
Cancellation Policies – In-Person Courses

• In the event of a date change or cancellation 3 to 14 calendar days prior to the agreed date stated in this agreement, a penalty of 50% of the total course cost must be paid.
• In the event of a date change(s) or course cancellation within 48 hours prior to the course start, 100% of the total course cost must be paid, as the service will be considered rendered, and no refund will apply under any circumstances.
• To reactivate the service, the outstanding balance must be paid or a purchase order must be provided to settle the penalty.
• Any reprinting of certificates due to modifications, errors, or changes not attributable to SPC Consulting Group will incur an additional charge.
• SPC Consulting Group sólo entregará diplomas a los participantes registrados y que acrediten el / los cursos y que cumplan con al menos el 85% de asistencia.

• Registrar el nombre del participante tal como aparecerá en el diploma.
• Se debe cumplir con al menos el 85% de asistencia al entrenamiento para obtener el diploma correspondiente.
• Los cursos están sujetos a disponibilidad con un mínimo de participantes.
• Enviar el presente registro con tiempo para asegurar su lugar.
• SPC Consulting Group no se hace responsable por errores de entrega por consecuencia de omisiones o errores en la dirección de envió.
• El manual se enviará en formato digital y el certificado digital se entregará posterior al curso, una vez acreditado.
Condiciones de Pago:
• La Fecha límite de confirmación a los entrenamientos es 5 días hábiles antes de su inicio.
• La Fecha límite de pago, enviar Orden de Compra o Carta Compromiso de Pago, son 5 días hábiles antes del evento.
• Es muy importante por proceso interno de SPC Consulting Group, enviar vía e-mail su comprobante de pago o confirmación del mismo (fecha en que se efectuó el pago, monto y banco).
Política de Cancelación:
• Solicitudes de cancelaciones deberán presentarse por escrito y enviado por correo electrónico a ventas@spcgroup.com.mx
• El tiempo límite de cancelación sin penalización son 10 días naturales antes del evento.
• La organización con RFC o persona física indicado en este formato acepta que SPC Consulting Group podrá cobrar el 50% del monto cotizado por cancelación por parte del cliente, a menos de 9 días naturales de la fecha de inicio del servicio.
• Al no conectarse al evento, No hay reembolso y se debe de cubrir el 100% del costo del curso.
• Cualquier falla técnica ajena a SPC Consulting Group No justifica reembolso o reprogramación de la sesión.
• Si cancela su asistencia al entrenamiento con 10 días de anticipación, tiene como límite 6 meses para tomarlo en otra de nuestras fechas en el Calendario SPC Consulting Group. https://spcgroup.com.mx/calendario/
